Before becoming a professional bodybuilder, Ronnie Coleman was a police officer in Arlington, Texas. He began weightlifting as a hobby while working as a police officer and discovered a passion for bodybuilding. Coleman was inspired by bodybuilding legends like Lee Haney and Dorian Yates and decided to pursue a career in the sport.
Coleman entered his first bodybuilding competition in 1990 and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually winning the Mr. Olympia title eight times, tying the record for most wins with Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman.
In addition to his bodybuilding career, Coleman has worked as a personal trainer, supplement spokesperson, and motivational speaker. He is known for his incredible strength and size, often being referred to as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time.
